Life Journey
Carolina is a resolute go-getter who sees life in its beautiful colours. Today, she’s a proud daughter of her Venezuelan parents, a happy mother of a cute baby girl, and wife to a handsome, entrepreneur man. To her credit, she bagged the first degree in Social Communication and a Master’s degree in Organisational Communication. She once found herself working as an assistant lawyer, accountant and then in the communication department in Faculty of Medicine of the prestigious Central University of Venezuela (UCV)– where she handled many great projects focus on Information and Communication Technologies at the service of the community.
In search of a meaningful life in a faraway country, she left the shores of Venezuela to London where she studied hard to be honoured with an MBA in International Business. As her story demonstrates that a clear path is not necessarily a straight line, she has diligently served both in local establishments and top international companies across London.
Carolina’s thirst for learning and growth is backed by self-actualisation. This has always driven her pursuit of excellence against all odds. She was a high roller in the sales department and she competed with top offices in the UK. Many thanks to life-changing events and mentor coaches that polished her talents, she began her coaching career by drilling sales teams and offices in different cities including Liverpool, Manchester, Brighton, and Seville (Spain).
Through these years, Carolina has worked with a good number of clienteles from different disciplines who proclaim the effectiveness of her methods in helping them achieve awe-inspiring results. To this day, her unwavering aim is to help success-oriented people discover their true potentials, proffer surefire advice and take the stress out of their transformation process as they connect with their true purpose creating tangible results for a fulfil life.
